1. September 15, 2026

   Version 1.6

   New

   The forecast learned about one-off plans

   • A dated one-off now draws the projected balance down on the day it lands, instead of being averaged into a monthly figure.
   • Each one-off shows what you would have to put aside monthly for it to be covered when it arrives.
   • The projection carries a conservative second line, so a return assumption never reads as a promise.

2. August 28, 2026

   Improved

   Charts read without colour

   • Every chart card has a chart/table toggle: every value a tooltip shows is now reachable without a pointer.
   • Direct labels on the allocation bar and the year columns, so a hue is a convenience rather than the key.
   • Dark mode moved to its own set of steps rather than an inversion of the light ones.

   • Link a real .json file on Chrome-family browsers and every later change is written into it.
   • A Reconnect button for the permission browsers drop on each page load.
   • Download a copy and Load a copy on Safari and Firefox.

   Undo, per field

   • A burst of keystrokes in one field is one undo step, not forty.
   • The toolbar names what will be undone before you commit to it.

   Pay calendars

   • Income sources carry a next date, and the year is worked out on the real calendar.
   • The months carrying an extra cheque are called out on the Summary and drawn on the Year view.

Older releases are in the repository history. Nothing before version 1.2 changed the arithmetic.
